Finally Reliance Jio has launched Jio Phone Next. Jio Phone is basically known for its affordable smartphone at base level price but this time they arrived with different strategy which may disappoint you.
As we have experienced, Jio Phone Next comes with Snapdragon processor and a new OS called "Pragati OS" a modified version of Android Go and optimised for Jio Next. Even though I have not used Jio Phone Next, I will make a review later and provide that link below.

Coming on most important aspect, jio phone next is available at rs 6,499 at one time payment and alternatively, this phone is also available on 18 months & 2 years EMI option along with Rs 1,999 down payment, plus Rs 501 for processing charge. Is Jio Phone Next value for money?
Starting from one time payment, Jio Phone Next is priced at Rs 6,499. Considering all features of this phone, spending rs 6500 for Jio phone next is not justified. There are much better smartphone with better specifications at this price available on market. I will suggest you to go with Lava MyZ, Realme C11, Redmi 8A and other options. On EMI option, Buyers have to pay Rs 1,999 initially along with aditional Rs 501 for processing charge and remaining money can be payed through monthly EMI. The EMI plans are available for 18 months and 24 months with different recharge plans at the same cost. The EMI plan is starting from Rs 300 for 24 months where, users will get 5GB data and 100 minutes free call per month. Calculating its overall price through EMI, I will again suggest you to explore other options in the market. Jio Phone Next is overpriced phone and not value for money phone.
