If you are facing any problem in your galaxy model then here is some solutions we have found that may help you. However, exact causes of these problems are yet not known but, sirvice center are saying this was due to a motherboard fault even they can't specify.

We have done some research on internet, tested and experimented with samsung M31 and here I have found some solutions and multiple reasons behind this problem. Notably, all those smartphones run on Samsung’s own Exynos 9611 SoC and this processor has some issues like over heating and it is overclocked as well.

There is multiple reasons and multiple solutions for this problem. So, here we will discuss one by one.

Reason 1. Samsung Exynos 9611 is clocked at high frequency for better performance but, phone is heating to much and performance is degrading due to thermal throttling as result into reboot itself.

Solution 1. This could be fixed by reducing clock speed. So, in order to reduce CPU frequency, download CPU Adjuster from PlayStore and reduce CPU clock speed to an optimal level. Remember that minimizing these will lower your System Performance as well.

Reason 2. These is maybe issue with system application and firmware crashes.

Solution 2. Just uninstall unused apps and force stop those system apps including touch Wiz.

How to do that?

• Navigate to settings > Application manager or apps > Click on running > Click on TouchWiz > clear data.

Reason 3. There may be any problem with storage so, you need to format your phone. In order to do that, backup your data, navigate to settings > click backup & reset > click factory data reset. This will erase all your data.

If your phone is stuck on logo screen then, press volume down button + power button simultaneously > navigate to "wipe data / factory reset" and press power button to enter. > Press factory data reset > press reboot if appear on screen and you are done.

I think this will work on your phone and your problem will be solved. If your problem is not solved yet, better to contact with samsung service center. Or you can read this article, I have found very helpful.
